Quality Policy Statement

The management of COSMESIT S.R.L., as the company assumes the role of a cosmetics manufacturer in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 and as a producer of medical devices in accordance with Directive 93/42/EEC and subsequent amendments, as well as Regulation (EU) 2017/745, is particularly attentive to the market's needs. It recognizes customer feedback as fundamentally important and adopts a proper quality assurance and control policy.

Specifically, the objectives set by the management are:

• To comply with the provisions of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009.

• To adhere to the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2017/745.

• To achieve and maintain certification for the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001, ISO 22716, and ISO 13485 standards over time.

• To ensure that activities are conducted in compliance with current and applicable laws, especially those pertaining to the safety of cosmetics and medical devices, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), common specifications, and the Medical Device Coordination Group (MDCG).

• To satisfy current and potential customer needs regarding functionality, performance, reliability, and safety.

• To uphold the quality, continuous improvement, and safety of marketed products.

• To focus on preventing defects rather than subsequent elimination.

• To ensure the quality and safety of manufactured and marketed products.

• To uphold individual responsibility for one's work.

• To demonstrate commitment to meeting requirements and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and its processes.

• To periodically evaluate customer satisfaction levels in relation to the provided services/products.

• To periodically assess new customer needs.

• To evaluate business risks and opportunities.

To achieve these objectives, the company actively engages in continuous market research to update its products and processes, accompanied by thorough evaluation and selection of suppliers.

This policy significantly contributes to ensuring the seriousness, professionalism, and efficiency that have always characterized the company's operations. To this end, the commitment is to assist all staff in correctly executing the Quality System procedures, providing appropriate training, and encouraging them towards the required qualitative improvement.

This goal can only be realized through the complete commitment of each individual within the organization.
