How can I place an order?

To begin, select the products you desire and add them to your shopping cart. Once you've finished shopping, click on the shopping cart icon. Here, you can input your billing and shipping information, along with your preferred method of payment. Inside the parcel, you'll find a receipt detailing your purchase amount along with the ordered products. If you require an invoice, please include this information in the notes during the checkout process.

We want to assure you that your security is our top priority throughout the entire shopping process. At no point will we have access to your credit or debit card information. We are here to make your online shopping experience easy and secure.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Our orders are shipped via GLS and Bartolini Express Courier from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays). Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Please be aware that delivery times may vary due to force majeure events, such as weather conditions and strikes, as well as the destination of the shipment.

How do I monitor the progress of my delivery?

Once the courier picks up your shipment, you'll receive an email with a code that allows you to track your shipment and monitor the delivery progress.

What should I do if an item is absent from my order?

If you notice that a product is missing from your package upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. This will allow us to promptly resolve the situation and ensure you receive the missing product.

If you wish to add a product to an order you have just placed, we recommend contacting us within 24 hours of your purchase. This way, we can check whether we can add the new item to your existing shipment or if you need to place a new order.
